This place is absolutely amazing! We are in town for an emergency situation and had problems with our truck. We dropped the truck off spoke with the owner, Paul, told him we had limited funds and just needed him to do whatever he needed to do to get the truck back on the road. He drove us back to the hotel dropped us off. Worked late Sunday night and Monday until 8 o’clock to get our vehicle fixed, And he did not limitedly fix it. He completely fixed it at a very reasonable cost.Then, came back to the hotel, picked us up so we could get the truck and be on our way. This is over and above what is required for customer service I would recommend this company to anyone!!! Thank you!!!

Had a GREAT experience here. 4 wheel drive went out in my truck. They worked with my service contract and got it fixed up. Called me to let me know that there was potential for things to break in the process of fixing it that the service contractor wouldn't cover. BEFORE instead of just doing the work and giving me a huge bill. Then was able to fix it without breaking anything in the process. When he could have just charged me and I'd have never known. I chose to keep my truck here even after my service contract tried to get me yo take it to a gmc dealer and im glad I did! A1 Auto earned a lifetime customer in me feels good to know that there are still HONEST people doing right by people. The reviews on here talking about rudeness is RIDICULOUS. A1 Auto to the rescue!! Our daughter is in Big Rapids at school and we were happy that she was in good hands in repairing her car! It was only a dead battery, but they were honest and did not try and rip her off for more unessesary repairs. They had her car taken care of quickly!! We recommend A1 Auto to everyone!!! Our daughters Jeep broke down first garage it went to told us it needed A new Differential and 3 axles at over 5,000$ brought the Jeep here to A1 Auto for a second opinion and the differential did not to be replaced! Replaced a Axle Had a computer re-set done and they got her back on the road for WAY WAY less than the first shop quoted! Very satisfied with their work!!!

I have taken my vehicle in here a few times now. They do great work and always have it done in a day or two and have nice staff. Fair pricing depending on the damage. Will definitely be back here again!
