Muffler Man of Big Rapids

I would say that they have done a good job every single time one of my family members have gone there. Art is amazing at his job and he is the cheapest rate for the work he does in Big Rapids. He does a good job every time and are always satisfactory. The reason for four stars instead of five is the fact that they do not have good parking. While, yes, technically it can be considered wheelchair accessible, they should have better parking, and it's not their fault that they were placed on a bad lot.

We have always had amazing experiences here with all of our cars. They are extremely reasonable, quick, and nice to deal with. We never plan on bringing our cars anywhere else. Art really deserves all the business he gets.

Art is the only person i will trust with my car period. He is very nice to deal with and he is more than fair on pricing and he’s incredibly knowledgeable at what he does. As a female we all know how scary it can be to take your car to the mechanic because most of them see us come in and absolutely gouge us on the price. They see us as suckers they can charge for anything they feel like. Not Art though. He’s incredibly fair on pricing and NEVER takes advantage. He does amazing work, I always get my car back in perfect condition. For any other females out there i would highly recommend going to Muffler Man because he really is the MAN!

I am very pleased with the care provided by this team. My daughter is living here for a short time and had some car issues. I was able to connect with them, and she was able to get her car to them. Although we thought it was a larger issue, they were able to properly diagnose the problem and make the simple fix. They did not take advantage of her situation by "fixing" something that was not broken. Muffler Man was recommended to her as a good place to go and I would strongly recommend them as well.

This is the place to go!!! I’m from out of town and my muffler broke! Art took the best care of me and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg!!! An honest man that does good work!!! I wish I lived closer, it’s not every day you feel like you are in good hands!! 🙌😀👍
