Genuinely great people. I am an out of state college student, and got into my first accident while I was up in Big Rapids. The folks at M&M were not only patient with me, but were honest about what my car needed and how the could help me. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Would never get work done here. I was quoted a $400 minimum including 4 hours of work and then another $500+ trying to upsell me on a new bumper. They tried to convince me they had to remove my bumper for replacing a fog light fixture. I went elsewhere as you can see on my profile, and not only did they only charge $60, it took them only 20 minutes. Didn't try to upsell me either. I'm completely shocked M&M has a 4.6 rating, so if you don't believe my review at least get a couple other quotes elsewhere. I'm very disgusted by how they operate.
