I had a great experience with AAA. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. The representative was courteous and kept me updated the whole time. It really made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Definitely worth the membership—I’d recommend AAA to anyone.

Lovely place to go to. I was having heating issues with my car, and I got it fixed with them taking multiple steps to find the issue. I was informed with every step they took, and I felt like the price was very fair for something that will save me this winter. When I had issues with my tire, they didn’t charge me a dime when I most needed someone to help. I also got a full car evaluation during an oil change appointment, and I honestly am glad since it helped me know what future repairs I need to think about in order to keep my car longer. With used car prices on the rise, this AAA strives for every car owner to walk away satisfied. I’ll be coming back here for all future car repairs.

Never ever take your vehicle here for repairs. They overcharge on everything. Be sure to get estimates elsewhere and you will see you pay hundreds of dollars less at any other shop. Even as a AAA member, the discounts are a joke. 40 dollars off but overcharge 400 dollars extra. This place is a joke and the management that runs the car repair shop are a joke as well. If you want to be ripped off and overcharged then this is the place.

AAA Plus member - made an appointment online for 7:30. Showed up and was turned down by front desk guy. I did not have transportation so I was going to stay and wait. Told me the AC machine is this and that, He complained it was too big of a job, and will need lots of parts all before even checking me in? He wanted me to reschedule. Thanks! Never had any problems with their Downtown Cincinnati location. Will not be coming back

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience at AAA Newport. To start, the staff here are friendly and approachable—but friendliness doesn’t make up for negligence that puts someone’s safety at risk. TWO weeks ago, I had an oil change and tire rotation. What the team failed to tell me was that my tire bonding was severely worn and two of my tires were at risk of bursting at any moment. I only discovered this because a kind stranger left a note on my car yesterday morning warning me about my tires. When I brought my car back to AAA, they confirmed the tires could “blow at any moment” and admitted they had overlooked this fact when they sent me home after my appointment. Looking at my service report, there was even a photo documenting the damage, but they just didn’t bother to disclose it.
