Don is great and so is his team! They worked hard and fast to diagnose my problems, get me a quote, and then fixed all the issues. One of the Jobs I had done was my rear brake pads and rotors. Took it for a little drive after i got it and they feel wonderful. I can definitely tell they did an amazing job. The second one I had done was my drivers side cooling fan. That went out and started making this awful buzzing sound when the AC/Heat was on or, when the fans kicked on to cool the engine at idle. They ended up getting the wrong fan from their vendor at first but Don went right to work to find the fastest replacement he could. He ended up going with the OEM part straight from honda and was a bit more expensive but, didn't charge me any extra for it! This was all great work done for a grea

2014 jeep grand cherokee laredo, 206431 miles , Developed an odd sound in the transmission, didn't want to wait till it became a tow to the shop , read the reviews ( only the negative ones ) nothing to me as negative, so I got to meet Don . Did a diagnostic check found metal in the oil , good enough for me . Don gave several options, and I choose to go with getting a rebuild . Is it expensive, what isn't, was it worth it , just less than 4k miles on rebuild VERY HAPPY. I will be back for service and repairs as needed. Integrity wins my vote every day. On the phone they promised to inspect the transmission and find the problem free of charge. After that they told me that they need to do deep diagnostics for $184. Finally, they didn’t find any issue and said that the fluid was in bad condition with metal containment and suggested to replace the transmission for $9000. However, the fluid was recently replaced and no metal containment was present. On their website they say: “we won't recommend a rebuilt transmission service until we know EXACTLY what is causing your problem.” That was not the case. They didn’t find the issue, still charged $184 and were trying to sell rebuild transmission service. Lost my time and money with no results. Will not recommend!

Okay...Anytime you go to a shop like AAMCO you know your going to pay a premium, for labor mostly. That's totally expected, what's not expected is the absolute fantastic customer service Don gives up front. He was honest about things, helped prioritize what was important and what can wait a few. The car needs to be there a few days and he saw we were gonna get and Uber and he right away said "let me handle that" and got us an Uber home. 100% excellent customer service. Update* Don called to let us know repair was finished and the price was half the estimate was and suggested we do the transmission so we don't have to come back later and the cost was still below the estimate for the original repair. The staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They answered all our Questions in depth. They gave us constant updates And were reasonably priced and met the deadline they gave us. My wife and I are very happy with their service and will be returning whenever we need work done. It’s hard to find service people in any field that you feel you can trust. However, we felt an immediate trust with them.
