ABRA Auto Body Hiawatha

The Abra service team got my car in in a timely fashion after a large doe tried to jump my car and landed on the hood doing a significant amount of damage. They did excellent work and dealt with our insurance company very professionally. We wouldn't go anywhere else for auto body work.

The whole team there took great care of me. Donna got me started with scheduling and getting my info all in order very quickly. Kent kept me updated and handled everything with insurance along the way. Whoever did the body work also did a great job and it looks like nothing ever happened. I hope to never need them again but I’ll definitely know where to go if I do.

Abra did a good job at repairing my vehicle after it was hit. The insurance company wanted me to go to Abra. They kept in touch with along the way and were great deal with. They did leave some trash in the car including window spray, but probably just an oversight.

I got estimates from four different body shops. Abra pointed out important repair techniques not noted by the other three. They were more thorough and comprehensive in the work they did. I am very happy with the outcome. My car looks as good as new. I strongly recommend them.

I really enjoyed working with Abra! I hit a deer and they got me in for an estimate immediately and finished working on my car before their estimated date, cleaned it and made it look like nothing at all happened. They also kept me up to date the whole time. I’d highly recommend them!
