Easily the best experience purchasing a car in my entire life. Gene was amazing, Wendy killed it. I was in and out in under two hours. I will be returning for my next car purchase.

This was a routine 5000 mile visit and it went very smoothly. New car tire rotation and they asked if I wanted a car wash. Much appreciated. I used the express option of arriving without an appointment. 8:15 seemed to be a good choice. Out in less than an hour and time for a coffee and a cookie.

I got called into work early right before my appointment at 8:30. I told the service rep that I needed to be out no later than 9:30 and he told me it would be 45-60 minutes. I was out before 9! That is great service and great business. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you! You made my day.

This was my first experience with the Service department at CR Toyota as we have purchased a new Toyota for the first time from them. We have driven Toyotas for the last 38 years. Mike Bushman is a very friendly advisor with a good sense of humor and he efficiently guided me through the process. There is an excellent lounge available to wait with good beverage options and reliable Wi-Fi. I was able to work remotely and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the 10K service was completed. Mike got me squared away and back on the road for home in great time. Thank you Mike and team!

I needed a tire rotation and recall done on my truck. The dealership was very accommodating and let me drop the truck off on the weekend so I wouldn’t have to bring it up after work during the week. The service was done earlier than expected and I was greeted with a nice phone call when it was done and throughly explained what was done to the truck when I asked. Great experience!
