Zoe and her team were super helpful. She gave me the rundown on the my brakes (and explained…how breaks work). She got them changed out quickly and gave me a list of things to have on my radar for the future. Great service. Fully recommend.

Great place to stop when you need something done. Zoe and Moko are very helpful, we got brakes all around on my wife’s car and I didn’t have to break the bank. They told me some other things needed done, but gave me a game plan instead of trying to push me to do all of it. I will definitely be going back, ask for Zoe and Moko, they are fantastic!

Went to Brakes Plus with half a million questions about my car. Zoë from the Service Advisor team - along with all the techs - were extremely patient and professional the entire time. The prices also seemed reasonable with a good warranty on the work done. Very happy with the service I received there!

I brought my car in there and it was a great experience. I had great service. It was very quick and their work is reliable. They didn’t charge me for things I didn’t need, I didn’t feel pressured, and the girl that works there is very patient and helpful. 10/10 experience, and I’d recommend family and friends to stop in anytime.

If you have a hybrid at all, steer clear of brakes plus. Took my car in after I slid into a curb and they charged $811 for new tie rods. After I picked my car up, I noticed my car was making new noises it didn’t make before I dropped it off (even after sliding into the curb) so I called and made an appointment to make sure everything was put together correctly. They told me when I got there that they weren’t certified to touch hybrids. So you're certified enough to take my hybrid and get that $800 worth of work done, but not certified on hybrids after new noises were found that only happened AFTER you did the work?? Gave my car to them and got it back even more broken and now I’m out $800 on shitty work they won’t make sure was done correctly. They also told me that they found more damage
