Best place to buy a Toyota in the Midwest! I’ve purchased 6 new cars in the past 5 years and this was by far the smoothest experience. Frank from sales was awesome and Wendy from finance got me out of there in literally 10 minutes. If you want to pay MSRP minus a small discount and get fair value your trade with minimal haggle/hassle, this is the place to go!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. It took less time than what was originally quoted to get my service done. I was directed immediately upon arrival of where to go and what to do. The waiting area was warm and inviting. Snacks and beverages were provided. Very pleased with the professionalism here and the follow up explanations after work was completed.

Toyota’s service department was professional and efficient! They installed a tonneau cover that included 1000 parts with vague instructions and a step. It was worth every penny for the labor, which was completed in less than two hours! I was able to work while it was being managed and drove away with a smile! Grateful for the guy(s) in Toyota’s service department! Thank you!

Excellent experience at CR Toyota. Exceptional service from the moment I arrived in the heated garage to a friendly welcome at the service desk. Even the janitor went out of his way to engage with me and make me feel comfortable. Spacious waiting area with beverages and fresh popcorn. I was told an hour to an hour and a half. They came to get me at 70 minutes. If I had to wish for anything, it would be plain real cream for my coffee and the opportunity to have my car washed. But what I received was a 5 star experience.

The staff was fine, the maintenance was quick but I’m only giving 3 stars because other Toyota Service (Dan Deery in Cedar Falls as an excellent example!) washes your vehicle and goes through what was done on your vehicle, asks if you have questions and review what will be your next maintenance appointment. Dan Deery is much more courteous and delivers a better customer experience.
