I bought a Jeep Compass from them. Turned out to have a whine noise at certain speeds. They offered to pay for half the cost to fix it, or I could trade it for something else. Wich was pretty cool of him. I ended up trading it for a Dodge Journey. So far I like it a lot better. Although I do miss the backup camera. But they were straight up and honest with everything, and tried to get me the best deal possible. Now I'm working on getting the warranty on it so I have peace of mind. Thank you guys for working with me. Will recommend you for sure.

I'm very pleased with Acheron Auto. The main salesguy I worked with, Jeff, was friendly and not pushy at all. The whole team was very patient as we worked through all the processes, most of which were new to us. They were honest and made sure everything was right with the vehicle. Late post but I purchased a vehicle back in July 2025. The staff were personable, professionable, and I was able to secure an option within my budget. The car is doing amazing, been on many summer and winter adventures already, & hasn't had any issues. I will be coming back here for my next one down the road!

I feel like I (finally) caught a huge break thanks to Jeff and Todd. I decided to give it a couple of weeks to see how things turned out before writing this. But then I got totally absorbed in my new job, and now it's been a month. The thing is, though, that I couldn't have taken this new job (and gotten to/from it) if I hadn't caught Acheron's deal of the week. My budget was very, *very* limited, but miraculously they had the perfect little car to help me stick the landing and get back into a more stabilized life here in Eugene. It's been a joy to drive, had zero issues, and I'm still a bit dumbfounded that I got it for the price that I did. You just... *Don't* these days.
