Robbie was so helpful! I had gone to O’Reilly down the road prior and they were completely unhelpful and I ended up spending double. Robbie knew exactly what I needed and helped me get the best deal, even went out of his way with the installation!

For the past three to four weeks, my truck would sometimes start and sometimes it wouldn't. It seemed like it was the battery so I took it to Auto Zone and they tested the battery and said it was good and I should just clean the terminals, which I did several times. I went to Advance this morning at the end of my rope and an employee, Davis Cowling reassured me that he would take care of it for me. Not only did he fix it within 10 minutes, but he took the time to let me know that he would be happy to help me with anything that I need moving forward. Not only was he professional, but he was genuinely concerned about helping me. He absolutely made my day and the stress that I had been dealing with for weeks was immediately gone. Thank you Davis!!
