The general manager Anderson always goes over and beyond the call of duty to assist customers he always exceeds my expectations the world needs more compassionate workers like him.

Ive been going to Advance Auto Parts for 15 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. My headlights recently died, so I came over to buy a replacement light. I am not a professional keep that in mind. I buy the headlight, (I asked them to give me it for my truck so they know it’s right, THEY PICKED IT OUT!!) and I open the package, (the box was not even damaged just peeled open.. light was unharmed), it ended up being the wrong light. I go to return, they deny it because it is opened. It was a mistake by them and I lose my money for it? What kind of service is this? I’ve never had problems and this is the first time I’ve ever seen something like this. It’s a shame. I stopped by to utilize the UPS resource. Dropped a couple of returns and they processed them for next business day pick up. This convenience is very needed and helps reduce late fees if return is not shipped in the time allotted. Easy and convenient it is.

I went there to have my truck battery replaced. The lady who waited on me was courteous and polite. She found the correct one and replaced it with no problem. This is how real service should be.
