I started out really liking this place but the last few times have been completely disappointing. I had ordered some parts online to pick up and I showed up and he said oh yeah sorry we didn’t have them in stock. And then today, I tried to drop off some old oil after purposely buying my oil here so I had a place to dump it and he says the thing is full. Previously, there was better service and more helpful folks.

So grateful for the help of Blong and Jeremy at the Columbia heights location. Jeremey was determined to help me install my windshield wipers and Blong the expert was able to get the job done! Thank you both for your help, I could not have done it without you!

The associates at this store were so helpful when my battery needed to be replaced on a cold winter day. I really appreciate their genuine kindness and I will be bringing my business here in the future. Thank you very much

I had a complicated warranty issue on a battery and Quinton the manager was able to sift through the challenges that enabled me to get the warranty taken care of. He was very professional and a good listener. The other guy that works there Pete was very positive and likes his job. It's good to see that. It's good to be working
