Visited this store twice, and each visit was positive. I needed to order a car part and Doug at Advance Auto Parts was especially patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He explained things well, and provided his input on the possible installation process and next steps, which was appreciated. Above and beyond with customer service!

My daughter and I stopped in for replacement of windshield wipers. The sales associate, Griffin, went above and beyond. Not only did he help with recommendation of wipers, he also helped with instillation. I had mentioned that her headlights lights seemed dim and he was able to replace the lightbulbs for us. His random act of kindness meant so much to us and we were filled with appreciation and gratitude. This is a true example of customer service at its finest! Without a doubt won’t hesitate to be a returning customer.

I know nothing about cars and just needed someone to take a look under the hood quick to check that my coolant levels were fine. Auto Zone in NL wouldn't even take 5 seconds to look, but Advance did without fuss and tossed out potential causes of the car problem. Their customer service is 5 star.

The clerk named Doug B at the Advanced Auto in Coralville Iowa was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We needed brakes and rotors. I asked about the reward program and he signed us up for that and it was an efficient and smooth purchase. I would rate it a five star hands down.

Griffin went above and beyond to install a battery for me. He was professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate his knowledge and patience so much and I felt he cared about me trusting him with my vehicle. He really showed what true customer service is about. Thank you Griffin!
