Jiffy Lube

Service was fast and the price wasn't terrible. I get a military discount and the people are genuinely very nice. I do have one issue, I asked about air cabin filter for my 2009 chevrolet silverado 2500HD LTZ. I was told my truck didn't have one. I didn't know how to respond. I know that my truck absolutely does have one and it's behind the glove box. Im a little lost for words.

Thankyou John for the reach out. I had a great time. Pleasantly greeted and directed to a service bay entrance as soon as I pulled up. Directions on how to prepare for service were clear and politely expressed. Seating area was comfortable and accommodating to clients. I just got in before the prestorm rush. Efficient. I will return.

I travel across the country for work. I’ve had 30+ oil changes in the last 4 years. This jiffy lube in Iowa city was the fastest oil change in recent memory. I didn’t even get to sit down before they were done. Great employees as well.

I’ve gone here for several years to keep up on oil changes etc. and they’ve always been great to work with. You’re in and out of the clean waiting room and on your way pretty quickly as they are very efficient. Nice people who work there, they are not only professional but personable.

I was grateful to be able to take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube when traveling out of town and in need of attention to our van. The staff were friendly, professional, and got right to it and took care of our need. I was highly impressed.
