Brian and his team is amazing. Car hit a tire on I-80 and they got be on the road on 5 hrs. I Thought car would be totaled. Even got lunch with them. I wish this was my local auto shop. Great people. Great everything.

Owner Brian is great, very knowledgeable about old and new cars. He is happy and always with a smile. Everybody else from Ms. Ashley front office ,(knows more than some car technicians) to everybody else are personable and provide great service and great.

I have been a loyal customer of this auto repair shop for a while now, having had multiple services done, including an oil change, inspection, rear differential oil maintenance, and left headlight ballast repair. I had a great impression of the mechanics and the shop overall. However, everything changed today, and I feel compelled to report the poor service attitude at the front desk reception. Firstly, I was not greeted and waited on promptly. Secondly, I was not treated courteously. From the moment I entered through the main door, the receptionist never acknowledged my presence and consistently ignored me while chatting with his colleague. Pass on this place if you want timely service. Took my car in Thursday morning for an oil change and brake adjustment and a few other odds and ends. Waited to hear back all day and nothing. Followed up the next day and they didn’t even look at it. When asked about why not their response was “ we got backed up yesterday, I thought you were in no hurry. I think you it will be best if you pick it up”. When you are asked to bring a car in on a certain day to get work done, you should get work done. What a joke of a business not to mention zero customer service skills whatsoever…. Clowns are running this business!
