Advance Auto Parts

Had a wonderful experience at this store buying a car battery that included outstanding service, consultation and installation- much better than my dealership has ever done for me. Andy was the associate who helped me and I will come back because of his high level of attention and service.

Usually staff is pretty good about letting me shop despite my gender. This seems sarcastic but has actually been a real problem at a couple of other auto parts and hardware stores. Also i feel its worth noting that some of my favorite household tools have come from Advance Auto Parts stores. I will include photos of tools for context.

Every time I come to this Advance, the two gentlemen working here are always the kindest and most helpful people. They go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I need, and it honestly makes me want to keep coming back to this location whenever I need auto parts. Great customer service like this is hard to find, and I really appreciate it.

This is a great place to shop for automotive parts and accessories. Friendly, helpful associates and all around a great experience!

Fantastic experience- went in to ask about getting a replacement key fob, they didn’t have the correct replacement for my car, but instead of trying to upsell me on things, I left with some great advice from the employee and was able to solve my own issue. Thank you so much again! I wish I knew your name so I could shout you out directly but it was the nice gentleman with the black hair and glasses (:
