Went in to buy oil for car and carfax. Excellent service as staff recommended items to meet my needs. The wait was reasonable.

I ordered brake fluid online, paid for and everything. I get there right before close (my fault yes, but it still wasn’t 9 yet) and this employee locks the door as he sees me walking up and I mouthed to him that I have a pick up order and it said in my email that it was ready. This man goes “well we’re closed” and I was like “not yet and I already paid, you can’t just hand it to me?” And he goes “no, you’ll have to come back tmr, we open at 7:30am” in the nastiest tone while talking to me through the glass. Now there is nothing wrong with what he said but how he said it. He could have kindly opened the door when he saw me and said we are closing in a professional manner without attitude and it would be different. I have never been to a more hot or cold store in my life. At times, this store and staff have been top-notch. Lately though, the staff I have encountered have been useless: unable to navigate their computer systems, failure to recognize basic car parts, un-attentive, and not very helpful at all. I'm all done shopping here for good.

The guy who ran my codes was great. Good advice and friendly. Even at the end of the day when they were almost ready to close!
