Geneseo Collision

4/5 for the work done, body work/ paint was perfect but they underfilled my transmission by a quart. 1/5 for the office staff they were rude, short, and overall lack communication skills. I wouldn't go back solely because of the office staff.

Highly Recommend Geneseo Collision....they went above and beyond to help us out during a road trip through Western NY. My wife and I were staying at a BnB in Geneseo and after a nice dinner we were driving our Dodge Ram back when all of a sudden a deer darted our in front of us....there was nothing we could do and we slammed directly into the deer at 55mph ...hitting it hard enough to drive the bumper back into the left front wheel. We knew we couldn't continue driving our truck with the wheel rubbing against the crushed bumper. The next morning, we showed up a Geneseo Collision and asked for help to bend the bumper back into place away from the wheel ...they immediately went into action and were able to mechanically pull the bumper back into place...allowing us to continue our trip.

Great personal people. They had my car done relatively fast and did nice quality work.

Modern, clean and friendly. I shopped our repair around and I am more than satisfied. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Zero customer service, zero patience, and zero tolerance. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. Mary answered the phone and was rude and disrespectful. She actually told me she did not have time to answer my questions regarding the estimation, insurance, and repair process. I hope everyone reading this avoids giving Geneseo Collision their business; maybe then Mary will have time to research and learn how to provide customer service.
