Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I cannot recommend the Geneseo branch of Monroe Tire more highly. We had a puncture and were able to drive to them before the tire was completely flat. They had reasonably priced new tires in stock and had us back on the road quickly, even though it was late on a Friday evening (6:30PM). The staff was professional, positive, and made very safe decisions (two new tires in the back for safe stopping)

I called to have 4 tires put on my car.. they told me come right over.. The manager Ryan was absolutely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! He sat chatting with us well his workers did my tires… Definitely earned my respect and will go back for future work when needed.. THANK YOU MONROE MUFFLER FOR GETTING ME IN AT THE LAST MINUTE AND MAKING ME FEEL WELCOMED

I only came in for a inspection. On the way home, my tail pipe dragged when I hit a ruff spot in the road. I later check and the flex pipe had a hole in it as well as the attached pipe. This is no coincidence, the drive from Wellsville to Genseo is approximately 1:45 minutes, and the way there it wasn't dragging. It's my belief that the attachment to the tail pipe came loose when they placed another lift under neath my engine while my car was already on a lift. See attached pictures and video. Monroe muffler need to correct this problem. Also I noticed that the engine light have came on.I only came in for a inspection. I wish I head read the reviews before going here. The manager is so rude and has such an attitude. She told me I needed wipers in order for my car to pass inspection. I said ok, vs going to walmart and returning to finish the inspection. They are double the price and not any better value for the price. After doing that, they came back and told me it failed anyway due to a code. This is so unethical. They would not take the wipers off and refund me. I was tricked into spending money, because they led me to believe that is all that was needed. When trying to discuss, I was met with so much attitude and telling me I had no choice but to pay or they were calling the police and holding my vehicle. I have no issue that it failed, it is what it is. But if they disclosed it would fail, I wouldn't

The folks here were friendly, and inspected my car with no issues. However, the shop was busy, and though I had made an appointment for 2, I had to come back at 3 for the inspection. Not a major issue, but that aspect wasn’t ideal. All in all, good service.
