3 week rental while our daily driver was in collision shop for non-fault accident repairs. Staff was great to work with getting the rental car and returning it and working with our insurance company. No hassles.

They always double check with you and give you plenty of notice if anything changes. They even call personally after the rental to ask if anything was note-worthy (good or bad). I love the Geneseo branch. This is a beautiful van we rented (that only had 2000 miles on it).

I've been using Enterprise in Geneseo for over 6 years, and I am always impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. It is a convenient location and they are usually able to get me a car on short notice, by going above and beyond. Excellent Customer Service (and they'll even pick you up!). Kudos to Josh and Hannah and the whole staff!

I have rented through this location twice now and the employees are great! They make getting the rental vehicle and returning it very quick and easy. The vehicles that I have gotten so far are well taken care of and maintenenced properly. I would use this location and service again!
