Drove into Mavis with low tire. Mason was so helpful and made an appointment for me. Eddie went right to work and resealed my tire. It didn’t take long. The waiting area was clean and comfy. Dawson, was so polite and friendly. They guys did an awesome job and I will be returning. Mavis Geneseo gets a 👍

I came in with no appointment, needing just a basic rebalancing after I lost some wheel weights over the winter, and they were able to fit me in shortly after arriving. They made sure they confirmed with me that I wanted work done before actually doing it, which I've not had the same experience at some other shops. Not only that, but Maison was highly knowledgeable on tires when we started talking about them! The whole experience was far more pleasant than I was expecting, and I'd absolutely return if I had anymore issues of the likes.

After booking an appointment late in the afternoon for 5pm on the first snowy day of the season, I arrived to find about 5 cars still ahead of me and they closed at 6pm. I explained I was desperate to get tires replaced do to a damaged tire, and I was told there was no problem, they would be working until every car was finished. I explained that if I could be guaranteed thst it would be ready by 10 the next morning, I could leave it. He thanked me and assured me it would be ready. At 930AM the next morning I received a call that the car was ready! Couldn't ask for better service than that! I highly recommend you check out their prices and prompt service!

I had bought a battery and needed it put in on a whim and Mavis took amazing care of me! Kyle was so kind and helpful both on the phone and in the store! They even saw the windshield wiper fluid in my trunk and filled that up for me as well. I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire for car needs!

The wonderful employees of Mavis assisted me when I received an oil change from a place that did not secure a piece of plastic correctly and damage was caused to my car. They were kind, efficient, and they did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue after I was towed to their location!
