They were able to help me with my cars battery when other places wouldn't. Several people depend on me for my car and throughout this winter it'd have troubles starting and needing to be jumped. But now it seems to be doing fine with the new battery. Employees are friendly as well. Appreciate it guys!

I had another great experience at Advance Auto store #8415 on Route 12 in Groton, CT. I’m not a “car guy” but still shop at the store several times a year. I always get great service. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and respectful. I recently worked with Thomas H., but it was another employee who appeared to be the on-shift manager, or shift lead, who impressed me. This guy worked with Thomas to teach him how to complete my somewhat unique transaction to return a used car battery core for a refund. This guy worked with Thomas and my transaction was completed properly and efficiently. I applaud all the employees of store #8415. Keep up the good work. I’ll be back.

I was on my way back to NJ on my semi truck from Massachusetts and one of my radiator hose popped. I made my way to this Advanced Auto Parts. They didn’t have the hose but, Shah helped me find a way to fix it for me to be able to get to my mechanic in NJ. Thank you very much for your help Shah.

I had a great experience at Advanced Auto Parts today! I was immediately welcomed by a nice guy at the register and he helped me find the right air filter replacement. He even went a step further and looked into seeing the different options and if the more expensive one was worth purchasing! I then mentioned I was looking for something to clean my battery in my car. Rob then came in and went above and beyond! He explained everything to me and was a very genuine, honest person! It’s nice to see people who will still go above and beyond at a workplace, it’s a rare sight these days. I’m happy I chose to go to Advanced Auto!
