AWESOME Experience! Our truck wouldn't start this morning and I had known our battery was dying slowly for some time. I gave Advanced a call. Bob picked up and answered all of my questions and let me know the type of battery I'll need, options, price, and that they can swap it out for me at their store as well. So later today our great neighbor jumped the truck, I got it over to Advanced, and sure enough, Bob is there. He was very kind and quick in going over options with me again and giving advice on how I can proceed. He got the battery swapped out in just around 5 minutes and was very helpful and friendly the whole time! His coworker even helped get the new battery prepped since I was the only customer in the store at the time. It was a really great experience and we are very thankful
