Needed a battery. Based on the computer I did get the wrong one but it was changed right at the store so it was very easy to fix that.
Very POOR customer service from TJ. So what if my daughter is known to him, she is still a customer and should have been treated with respect. She had her VIN number and needed help. She was a customer before someone else and he disrespected her by ignoring her. If I could give negative stars I definitely would have done

We have an account and everytime we go in to our local store they cant find it! Frustrating!
Had the tools to rent and the parts I needed. Knowledgeable clerk was good to have.
