Bagby's Automotive Repair

I was told by a large "national auto repair company" that my Dodge Dakota needed new ball joints on all four tires. The estimate I received was over $1000. to "replace" all of them. I called Bagby Automotive and he had me bring the truck to him to inspect it. It was a very simple fix, and all he had to do was add "grease" and one tiny part to resolve all the issues. He charged me absolutely "nothing" to do the job. I would highly recommend Bagby Automotive, Frances and his employee Tracy (shown in one of the pictures) to anyone who is in the area, or even just passing through.

Maintained the car I had bought that was serviced there amazingly! Very helpful at informing me on vehicles past maintenance records!

I have gone to Bagby's Auto many years. I trust that Tracy and Francis will take good care of my car and will do exactly what needs to be done. They always do a wonderful job and don't overcharge or add extras that don't need to be done. But they will find the cause of the problem and not just treat a symptom. They know cars. I never worry when my vehicle is with them!

Last year I called about getting a front differential bearing replaced on my four wheel drive. He wanted $700 said he'd have to take down the whole transfer case for the front wheels drive to replace the bearing. I watch people replace it on YouTube without doing all that. Took it next door to Boubin and they did it for $250. I'm not saying he was trying to be slick maybe he didn't know how to do it without taking it down. I have called him a few times about other issues and he has given me good advice.

He helped us get a new tire on within an hour after having one blow up on Hgwy 20. Thank you so much for being there when needed, being super reasonable for the tire and for going the extra mile to get us back on the road.
