BOUBIN TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE

Went to have 4 tires removed, 4 new tires put on and balanced. Took close to 3 hours. And they scratched the hell out of my rims which we have to replace and they aren't cheap. 2 days later our car weaving and wobbling and we took it to a different shop which had to tighten all my rims to torque them and it was a quarter to a half inch turn to tighten them. Negligence at its finest as I could have lost a rim on the highway. Never going back wouldn't trust them with a bicycle rim. attached are Pic of 2 of the 4 rims. However I will give them credit as they were professional up to the point that they didn't say anything about what their tech did which we knew about when we paid. We were extremely angry and did not want to make a scene.

I got all my mufflers removed and straight piped, they did an amazing job. They even called me before they cut anything off to make sure they did what I wanted 100% recommend for any exhaust work!

Went in there for the first time with an emergency service and they got me in asap I really wasn’t expecting them to give me my money back great service and amazing customer service

Had the resonator replaced on my Equinox. Appointment was on time, work performed as expected.

I was in Independence for work and needed an oil change. Boubin Tire was able to get me in promptly when they had a cancellation, did a thorough job, and charged way less than what I usually pay! But there is more... When driving on the highway later that day, I heard a knocking/scraping noise, called Boubin thinking it might be related to the oil change. They came out to the highway to meet me, found the issue (a little piece of plastic on the bottom of the car came undone, unrelated to the oil change), took me back to the shop, and removed the piece of plastic even though they were closed! These guy are amazing and will treat you like a valuable regular customer, even if you're just in town temporarily. Can't recommend them enough!
