Oak View Independent Living at Buchanan County Health Center

Oak View is the most fantastic community for senior living. We moved my mom, age 90 at the end of January 2019 to Oak View. The apartments are comfortable and very adequate. All appliances (including a washer/dryer) are new and included with every unit. Of course, it does come with a cost, but compared to other facilities, this place is a bargain! This two story 24 unit building is a quiet and safe place for mom. She has mobility issues that are fully met here. It is a good investment. Continental breakfast in the community room is available daily and you can have a family gathering when all the grandkids come to visit. Because mom can't drive anymore, Oak View will take her to her business needs, appointments and shopping upon request. We couldn't ask for more! Of course, mom misses h

My parents have been there over 5 years, mom passed about 4 years ago and dad is alone now and is very happy there. I cant say enough good about Oakview. Its a great place and we really appreciate the care they give to the people living there. he always has something to do if he wants to. We feel great knowing that he is in such a great place while we are so far away.
