The Advance Auto Parts in Lewes, Delaware has excellent customer service, as well as competitive prices. I was very impressed that minutes after I placed an order, the local store contacted me with availability information, and I picked the product up the next morning. It is rare these days to find a retail business that is attentive to its customers. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts.
Went in for a battery. Lee was very helpful, courteous and professional. Took the time to review installing the battery safely and suggested add ons.
I’ve been in there a few times and every time they are extremely kind to me as well as more than willing to help me out.
Love this AA thanks to Raekwon who has always been incredibly helpful every time I stop in or call for parts.
Went in with a flat that I need a quick solution for until I was able to get to the tire shop. Luckily they had an employee who asked me if I need help. Recommended me a product and sent me on my way all with a great customer service attitude. Always great feeling especially with places you spend money at !
