I needed to get my brakes checked and tires inspected prior to taking a long trip and my tires needed replaced. John sent me a quote after calling me to check my tires inspected prior preference, then I was able to order my tires, pay for them, schedule a time to get them installed, and he gave me an estimate of how long I would be waiting for installation. John and his team treated me very well and I would recommend this shop to any friend or family member. Very easy to deal with and had modern software that made the process easy.

They were very professional and thoroughly inspected my vehicle to diagnosis the issues. The work was done in the amount of time projected and they took time explaining everything done when I picked my vehicle up. Great people with exceptional service!!!

I had my tires rotated at Shaffer's Service, the price was a very good deal. Everyone there is very nice and willing to help. Will definitely be getting new tires from there as soon as I need them.

I was 2 hours away from home without a spare, and this place went above and beyond to make sure I got a tire put on my car. I can't say enough good things about this place. They went above and beyond what any other place would even consider doing to help a customer.... I'm seriously blown away by the way they helped me, and on top of all of that they have amazing prices on used tires.

I had a nail that was leaking the air out of my tire and when I called to see if they could take someone last minute they were very helpful and said as long as the nail wasn’t on the side of the tire it wouldn’t be a problem. Henry was so nice, helpful, funny and quick with the service! I would recommend them to anyone and it was not too expensive at all! If I’m ever in the area again, they will be the first place I go to if I have any problems!
