Rudys European Motorcars

I needed a new windshield washer pump on my 2015 BMW. It was more than our regular mechanic, who is semi-retired, wanted to handle. I got a price from IG Burton in Milford, and then called Rudys. It took me a while to get an appointment because he's busy, and after my experience there today I understand why. He's busy because he's good! Everything from dropping the car off, to picking it up, was professional and easy. They fixed the pump and I paid about half of what I would have paid at the dealership.

Rudy and his team in the office (Lori and Jennifer) are a pleasure to work with. I have had both of my autos serviced at Rudy's and when I picked up my auto today after an oil change and diagnostic work, I learned that the auto needed some additional work (40K miles). Despite their full schedule, they will fit in the repair work before I leave for the season next week. Rudy's customer service and reasonable pricing are the best!

Arguably the worst experience I've had just having my transmission fluid checked. Lori's (owner) attitude was terrible. If you hate your job, quit. Stay home and play with your grandkids or read a book on customer service. If you're charging $22 to check the transmission fluid and put 1/2 a liter in, you've got plenty of money to retire. Sorry for inconveniencing you by patronizing your business. ☹ Trust me, we'll never be back. I would not recommend this business. UPDATE to your response: Rude and demanding Demeanor!? Lol.. right. That's the funniest response. Lori.. look in the mirror.. or better yet ask your new assistant to be honest with you. Every time you walked in the shop she apologized for you. You're attitude and behavior was horrible, period. We did absolutely not

Rudy and Lori at Rudy’s European Motorcars were incredibly friendly and helpful when I had an unexpected oil leak while on vacation in Lewes. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly, and their kindness really put me at ease. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of honest, reliable service!

I have been taking my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia to Rudy for service the past 5 years. There is no other mechanic in Southern Delaware I would trust with my car. Service is always impeccable.
