I want to give a huge thank you to Kenneth and Kyle for their exceptional assistance with my car battery, they were patient, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping me get safely back on the road. Both of them took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through my options and made sure everything was checked thoroughly. Their professionalism, kindness and teamwork turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. Excellent customer service like theirs deserves to be recognized.I truly appreciate both Kenneth and Kyle!

Called on 10/15 at 10:44 am and the guy was so rude!!! I can only imagine if I’d actually went there in person. I wouldn’t waste my gas or time. Don’t do business with ppl that don’t have customer service skills.

This is the only auto parts store I will shop. I been coming to the Morrow/Lake City location for over the past 10 years. I have always received fast, friendly service in store and over the telephone. I tried their other location in the area a couple times. This location by far has the best customer service. I seen a lot of turnover but they manage to keep the same great service each time. Their staff has always went over and beyond. I would highly recommend this location. The staff is very knowledgeable for an auto parts store. Their prices are competitive. If they don't have it, they will get it for you.

Went in for a purchased battery where cables would not tighten. In all of less than 5 minutes Kale fixed it and even tightened my battery harness. Great customer service!!
