Grease Monkey

I was hoping to be in and out quickly for just an emissions test but I ended up waiting a very long time and it took over 40 min for them to complete this. The service itself was fine, but don’t come if you’re in a rush.

I was never greeted as a potential customer. Only received a hollered do you want a oil change. Replied Yes - after a wait was directed to a rack and someone started draining the oil. Soon a tech with a dipstick shows it to me and suggested an oil flush? Declined and was asked if I wanted regular oil - replied yes - not synthetic. Oil change continued and was then led to waiting room and cashier and was told I had received a FULL SERVICE PREMIUM SYNTHETIC BLEND WITH ENGINE MAX @74.99 - I went in for a Standard Oil Change WE32999 @ $29.99 - Supposedly received $25.00 discount and had to pay $58.37 to leave. One person performed the entire service? On my car including the draining without ever going under it! Very talented person to do it all without leaving my sight. Unhappy is the nicest

10/10 quick oil change and great customer service and I was on my way with a full day of errands. Recommendations for discounts and needed service, with prices discussed to get the best possible maintenance. You won’t have to leave your car, so that’s how you know you’ll be in and out depending on your service. Speed and service 👍🏻

First time at this location. When I say the service was on point...it was ON POINT! When I called, they said they were really backed up and the wait would be 30 minutes. It actually was only 12 minutes which was great. We paid for a full synthetic oil change, which includes top off on fluids and replace filter. The manager Brad noticed that our wipers were bad and gave us a great deal to replace them. Ricky changed our oil. I will definitely come back to this location! I appreciate when a business knows their stuff. They were AWESOME! I highly recommend coming here.

I came in everyone was nice and very fast. They fix everything in my truck in under 15minutes. If y’all need a place to get a quick oil change with great customer service grease monkey is the place to be. Thank you to all the employees there.
