Mr. Herb displayed great customer service. He was kind and courteous. He did a complete diagnostic on my 2015 Honda Accord. Mr. Herb reprogrammed something on my car related to the crank sensor. I didn't need the necessary work that i originally thought. He is honest and knowledgeable. I appreciated him not taking advantage of a female. I would return to him again to service my Honda.

I have been doing business with Herb for 20+ years. He is very knowledgeable, he only hires people who do good work, and is reasonably priced.

An expert indeed with Japanese auto brands (Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, Honda, Acura, etc..) Owner is super nice and honest. Extremely great experience. Unfortunately, I had a car situation that led me there by recommendation of a friend. I mean, it will be hard to find honesty like this place. Man has a good knowledge base, as he has been in business for decades, but not arrogant! 🙌 Like I said, especially considering the auto issue, we feel we had one of the best, if not the best, customer service experience. If in the area, give them an opportunity.

I took my car to Firestone originally to get my car fixed because of an oil leak... over $1k later my car was actually worse. I decided to take my car to Big H Care Auto Repair and so far it's been fixed and driving great! I would say that the price was lower than I had paid other places which is great. The best thing to me was the customer service! I don't usually write any reviews but the service I received was polite, helpful, and kind. Best personal service from any business around here.
