I had a great experience bringing my Jeep Cherokee Limited in for service. The team was professional, thorough, and communicated clearly throughout the process. They handled the Parking Brake Control Assembly replacement and brake module programming. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and the pricing and charges were transparent. I have a Buick 2013 vernaro Let me just say I bought this car cash, not knowing the history behind the car. One day my car started acting crazy! I really really don’t trust ANYONE with my car, im very particular about who touches my car because I use my car to travel for work. The last thing I need is to be on the side of the road. Anyway I came in did a full diagnostic on my car, let me say I never dealt with so much professionalism at a car shop!!!! From the front desk to the mechanics! Everyone is so easy going a sweet an greets you with a smile! Mr.Alex( the owner) and his wonderful wife are so great and understanding! They get the job done! If I have an issue I know to come to them a they will try their best to fix it! When I mean they are truly a blessing! I couldn’t ask for a better

Writing this review is very difficult for me because I truly think the owners and staff are nice, friendly people. Unfortunately, that doesn't undo the year long troubles I had to deal with after coming here. December 2024 I brought my car in because it was riding bad on the front passenger side. I was not told about the diagnostic fee when I made the appt. The fee wasn't the problem. Never in my adult life have I ever paid a diagnostic fee that did not go towards the cost of repairs. I didn't find that out until my car was already being worked on. I needed a new wheel bearing so I had no choice at that point but to go ahead with the repairs.
