I’m extremely disappointed with the repair experience I had with Caliber Collision. My vehicle was returned to me after 21 days in the shop, yet the issues I brought it in for were still not fixed. I made it very clear what needed to be repaired: The trunk was visibly misaligned after my accident The door seals and panel gaps did not sit flush, making the doors look improperly closed Certain areas around the bumper and side panels were not fastened securely After nearly three weeks, none of those issues were corrected. What I did NOT ask for — and what they told me they spent time doing — was “fixing uneven paint.” I never complained about paint issues because there were none that I could see. I would strongly caution anyone against bringing their vehicle here. My car was in this shop for over two months after an accident, and when I finally got it back, the repairs were incomplete and unsafe. The alignment was never corrected because the rack and pinion was damaged (which they failed to identify), the undercarriage shield and fender liner were missing (despite being on the supplement), the hood release lever was broken, and there was even a screwdriver left in my engine bay along with a broken bolt in the radiator support. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude when I questioned why certain parts weren’t replaced, even trying to argue with me about items that were clearly listed on the supplement. Basic things like coolant and washer fluid weren’t filled, and my engine
