I'm very glad I stopped here to replace a windshield wiper. I have a 2018 Subaru Impreza and the wipers are not standard. They don't sell them at Walmart. I didn't catch the name of the associate at Advance Auto Parts but he really helped me out. He had to find the parts to basically build the wiper and he installed it for me. I greatly appreciated his help.

I used this ‘find your bulb’ website that was posted in-store. I then selected the recommended bulb for my truck. I opened the package at home to replace the bulb and it did not fit. It was the wrong bulb. They won’t accept the return because it was opened. Terrible policy for something that is their fault. After reading other reviews, including one this week, it appears the wrong part is a known issue with this store. I’ll find another location to get my parts or just order online

Jonathon was very kind and helpful. He changed my wiper blades for me and gave me some good advice.

Jonathan was completely unhelpful coming up with excuse after excuse as to why he could do anything then complained about me buying “the cheapest pads” when the wheel bearing the sold me failed and destroyed the pads, I really wish another store would open close to here so I would never have to see these people again

Stopped in on 6.6.2025 because I was concerned I had a power steering leak (from what the guys at Valvoline told me while I got an oil change last week). Casey stopped what he was doing to take a look for me. We discovered it was just my ac leaking water! He did check every fluid for me though to confirm. And that right there is what I appreciate more than anything. He gave me peace of mind. And he didn't have to do that! Thank you so much Casey!! This will now be my new spot I stop for anything auto related moving forward thanks to your customer service being so exemplary
