Tatiana was wonderful to work with! Even with my bad credit West Herr was able to work with me and get me into a car near my budget range. (Also, they have other cars besides Chevy to choose from if that's not your cup of tea) I left with a Hyundai Venue and I couldn't be happier! Definitely would reccomend. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and accomodating. They listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me outside of that. They were also willing to bring in cars from other West Herr locations for me to look at. I feel staff were willing to go above and beyond to get me into the right vehicle that fit my needs and the needs of our family.

Over all great experience traded my 2021 in for 2023 trailblazer has everything I wanted except one thing the mirror indicators for blind spots it was a huge safety feature I really would have wanted that n the car would be absolutely perfect all and all the sales man was super nice great to work with fast organized he had everything ready for us with the 2.5 hour drive there we were in and out from old car to new car within 35-40 mins I was very happy to get my new sharp fiesty spicey guy but I miss my fierce pheonix girl so much I hope her new owner gives her a great home and enjoys her as much as I did
