I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at Ventura From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, answered all my questions, and made everything stress-free. When I picked up my car, I was blown away, it looked brand new! The quality of their work is outstanding, and the attention to detail shows. They didn’t just fix the damage, they made sure every little detail was perfect. It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent craftsmanship with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done—you won’t be disappointed!

I randomly chose Ventura’s CARSTAR about 5 years ago and was very pleased with the service I received.Recently, I hit a deer and I didn’t even hesitate to do business with them again. Their knowledge, kindness and respect is second to none! They are a family run establishment and it’s obvious that the core values that their late father instilled in them remains as a standard on how they operate today! If you’re ever unfortunately involved in a collision and need great service and peace of mind…. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling them!

Bonnie at Ventura's provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of my car repair. The work they did was flawless and I was happily impressed with the interior of my vehicle being detailed thoroughly! I highly recommend this location for any car repairs.

Killer paint job, quick delivery, help with loaner, transparent communications, the list goes on. Highly recommended for body work. They even detailed my vehicle which reminded me how much better it looks when it's cleaned up and brand new looking. Customer service was absolutely pleasant. No games, no doublespeak, no sales pitches, just facts. The inspector and the front desk personified customer service excellence. They could easily go the route of "too bad, so sad", but they chose to work with me and my schedule to make sure I got my car back on time and fully repaired. Excellent human beings. It is truly refreshing to deal with a company that is family owned and operated. They have treated me with the greatest attention and effort to get my repair completed. Everyone has been so friendly and accommodating. It’s fun just waiting in the office area and hanging out with the staff.
