Curtis Underwood did a great job of having the car ready for me to test drive, and explaining the options for purchasing the car. He also organized the evaluation of my existing vehicle. I was given plenty of time to think about the purchase, and the process of signing all the documentation, getting the keys to my new-to-me vehicle and trading in my existing vehicle was extremely smooth. I had a faulty battery that I wasn’t sure needed replacing. I called my dealership back in Vegas and they recommended West Herr as I am in Boston NY at the moment. Gotta say, Dave S was personable and helpful. They got me in and out in less than 24 hours. And it was all under warranty so, what could’ve been 189.95 or as the bill read, $535ish- I paid nothing. Well done and I will be a returning customer.
