I have a ‘21 Tundra and this is the 2nd trip to them. 2 different problems. 1st was after removing decal on back a previous shop and cleared over decal. They were able to buff out the clear and make it good as new. Then a 2nd problem with a weld repair on frame prevented the plow mount for being properly installed. Called them up made an appointment fairly quick and was done in an impressive time had my truck back by midday. Kylie at the collision shop had helped me out with both appointments and has gone above and beyond to help me in my situation. Will continue to do business with her and send people her way.

A deer ran into the front of my Subaru, after they fixed it, it wouldn’t pass calibration, they had to order another part. When I finally got it back, it looked brand new! Beautiful job, and they kept me in the loop thru the whole time. Great customer service!

Felt very good about my service there. The Service Advisor Mike was sharp and accommodating, listening and understanding my issue. The shop was efficient and did good work. The technician provided a video, showing the things he payed attention to. He informed me of my issue and repair, that my truck was in good shape, he identified some maintenance I didn't need yet, but to keep in mind. It was good to see. Will be back and would recommend.

There were spots on the hood of my vehicle. I could not get off. I brought my vehicle in. They inspected it. Got it in a week later. Secured me a rental car and had my car back in 2 days. My 2024 Rogue, which was purchased 7 months earlier, unexpectedly would not run. It was towed to WestHerr that same day but after 8pm. The next morning I was contacted by the service manager and another representative. I was asked if I would need a loaner vehicle for the time the repairs were made. I did need a loaner and a shuttle vehicle was sent to pick me up. The repair was made and I picked up my vehicle the next day. The service manager, Mike Wright, kept me informed the the process as it occurred. The repair was made and there was no charge. Many thanks to Mike, and his team, for the quick results.
