Visited the Advance Auto Parts in Port Wentworth and had an excellent experience. Ella assisted me and provided truly outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like that. Ella was on point from start to finish—definitely a reason to come back.

We had a bad battery while going to a wedding with our 92 year old dad. Cory saved the day . What an amazing attitude. He even put the battery in for us ! Great service, great attitude. I bought a tube of touch-up paint. I get home open it and it's dried out. I took it back to the store and was told I have to bring it back when a manager is there because the lady said she was the one that sold it to me and nothing was wrong with it when she sold it to me. I'm sorry but this was in a sealed box that I had to cut open. There's no way because she sold it to me that she would know that it was or wasn't dried out. She DID NOT open it and check it nor did I. I guess we as the customers need to open any packages before we buy the product to make sure first. This is really horrible customer service. I'm giving this store 2 stars only because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that there may be SOME redeeming quality I haven't discovered to keep them from being a 1. My daughter and son-in-law are broken down at this store, 1700 miles from home, trying to get a little troubleshooting done to help them work out the issue. They don't have a lot of money to spend fixing something that isn't the problem. You know we've all been THERE. They asked the employees of this store to CHECK THE BATTERY. Nothing invasive, nothing time consuming, just a simple battery check to see if it's holding a charge. They were told the employees would only do the engine check with the electronic meter, and they would 'have to Google what the codes mean'. They wouldn't even EXPLAIN to them what the c
