Great service, staff was very nice and helpful. Got wipers blades, staff member gave me options and suggestions. I got some great blades on sale and they installed them for me super fast! Would recommend this store to anyone in the area.
I walked through the doors and there were two men standing right infront of me, just inside the doors. I said OH, hi there, how are y’all today? Both men didn’t say a word and just stared at me awkwardly. Not a word. So I uncomfortably searched for the part I was after. There’s no music overhead, just uncomfortable silence as the both just awkwardly stared at me. So I just left. Had to walk right past both men again. Again, no talking just staring. STRANGER DANGER vibe!
Very great staff with the knowledge and absolutely the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced in an auto parts shop. I will definitely be going back, a huge thanks to Fred, and Iain!!
Great service. Got a new battery installed this morning. The technician Rueben was outstanding, very courteous. Answered all my questions, highly recommend!
Came in because my battery was dead. Micheal helped me pick a battery out for my car and he installed it quickly. I was in and out within 20 min!
