Experience was AWESOME and employee was amazing. I went in at about 12:15pm today and asked for a specific taillight bulb. Aaron was NOT hesitant to go to the back and grab me one. Checkout was complete in less than 15 seconds. Amazing service. Thank you!
My trunk wouldn't latch, but Jackson looked at it & fixed the problem in record time. Jackson is a very courteous & most helpful young man. He has a bright future ahead.
Kelly was amazing! She diagnosed the issue with my Ford Edge battery life(which was next to deceased😐 She looked up the replacement brands for my vehicle model with verification from Dakota her office assistant. Then proceed with confidence to replace my old battery with the new Die Hard brand. Kelly checked to insure it was working properly and sent me a very happy customer on her way.
