Excellent service. We experienced mechanical problems with our 2014 Kia Optima. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues and make contact with us for decision on how we wanted to proceed. They did not charge for diagnostics and provided honest feedback on the issue and their best recommendations for follow on actions. They provided customer first advice and never attempted to pull money from us. I will return for future needs and would highly recommend.

So. Stop at this shop here in the town of swansboro to see if they could take a look at my tire which I was pretty sure had something in it causing a slow leak not only did the owner take a look at it he stop what he was doing and fixed it for me at a very good price! It took him less then 15 min...we continued speak and I explained that my breaks on the front of my car were very bad so not only did he give me a very reasonable quote he was able to replace them the same day...so if ur looking for honesty and integrity I would most definitely give him a call i dont like spending money but but just seeing how this gentleman runs his shop ill be a customer for any future needs or repairs...THANK U Scott for be a good honest dude!

I'm new to the area and was having issues with my truck shutting off and bucking at half throttle. I had it at another shop who just kept throwing new parts on it and never fix the issue. I was reading reviews of Local shops and Bennett's had the most impressive reviews. I called and Scott told me to bring it in. I explained to him what was happening and the OBD codes that were coming up, also all the new parts that were put on. He called the next day and asked me some questions. Then got a call that he fixed it. Turns out it was a Crankshaft Sensor all along. Scott is like and old school mechanic that listens to the customer and ask questions and just doesn't throw parts at it and see which one fixes it. Bennett's Garage is my go to Mechanic from now on. Scott is the man.
