Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Went here for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. Oil changes take forever at the dealer and I don’t have over an hour to wait. but these guys you are in and out. Dylan and Danni were my techs. Explained everything they were doing very well. Fast, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and overall a great experience. Was in and out while I sat in my car. Will definitely be going here when I need oil changes.

I went for my yearly inspection. I will definitely go for other services in the future. These guys are fantastic from the second that I pulled up. They were friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend and will not go anywhere else. Thanks so much for the great service, you guys are awesome!

This place was outstanding! I’m new to the area and needed my oil changed. I have two kids so needed to find a place that would be reasonable on the timeframe. They got me in right away, gave candy canes to my kids while waiting. They showed the oil before changing to verify needing it changed and then after showing it full and clean. Ran checks on other things, but didn’t push any unnecessary “upgrades”. We were in and out in about 14 minutes. They asked if we were military, which we are so they gave us a 25% discount, which was amazing! They also took the time to show me how to change the oil sensor on my dash. Super professional, very kind, super impressed with this place! Will definitely be using them from now on for both our vehicles!

So I’ve gone here a few times but this time I was met by Soloman. And by greeted I mean quite literally yelled at. As he guided me into the bay (basically stood there staring at me as I pulled in) I apparently went too far and he started yelling at me that I’m supposed to be paying attention to him. I was literally looking right at him paying attention he never told me to stop. So once I’m in the right position without him telling me to stop he proceeds to be rude. I finally asked him well are you having a bad day, he looks at me tightens his jaw and says nothing. For someone to be so rude for absolutely no reason is despicable. I tried again to make small talk where he proceeded to be rude. I contemplated leaving instead but it was too late. It’s sad that as a women I had to sit there unc

Sat and waited 30 minutes on the car in front of me to get a “10 minute oil change”. When they finally pulled me into the lane while there are two other lanes wide open with no cars being worked on. When they finally pulled me into the lane no one even bothered to say sorry for your wait. Absolute joke of customer service and they are not even trying to compete against the industry standard. Far below the standard for this type of service called in at 9:35 and spoke to the “manager” who says his name was Dan Franko and he didn’t bother to apologize either. If he would have made any attempt to smooth it over I would have never posted this review. I highly doubt that I was speaking with the manager and I hope that the real manager reads this review.
