We had taken our truck up there to get the blower motor resistor replaced in April, it would last a couple days and then go out again. This happened about 3 times, every time I took it back here, they kept it a couple days and replaced it with another one. It finally worked, and they told me they replaced it with a Ford part. It just went out again, so we decided to replace it ourselves this time. They had lied to me about using a Ford part, the part they used was a Duramax part not a Motorcraft part like they told me, and they had drilled a hole in it so of course it didn't last very long again. Im so upset and disappointed to be lied to like that, and that they didn't take the time to put it in carefully and just drilled a screw into it. Be careful using this place. They were very nice

Highly recommend! I took my car in because of hearing scratching metal sounds. Never good. All it was was a rock that had lodged itself inside the tire area. I so appreciate the honesty of this crew. And they didn't even charge me for taking the tires off to find it! I can understand why they get such great reviews and am happy to add to them!

I was on my way to work when I lost acceleration for an unknown reason near their shop. They thankfully took a look at my car on the spot, diagnosed, and fixed it within an hour. I was able to make it to work on time due to their professional efforts. I also got to observe the kind treatment of several customers, even driving one of the local customers to their place of work at a nearby school. Highly courteous and professional staff. Highly recommended.

I stopped in today for my annual vehicle safety inspection and was out the door in less than 10 minutes! The employees were very friendly and the entire process was surprisingly easy. Thank you Battlefield Automotive.

As a female who knows nothing about cars, they could have told me anything was wrong and I would have believed them, but they didn’t and they looked over my car for free.
