Always professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We have been using Cliff’s for years and our neighbors have all started taking their vehicles there as well. Mike the manager is great and treats us so well. They handle the inspections, oil changes, tire rotations and just about everything on all our cars. We got so tired of taking our cars to the dealers, only to have them recommend services we did not need. I had never been here, but had always been told I should. I came in at lunch time for a NC inspection at about 5 until 12 in a hurry, but didn't discuss that. I was told that it might be a 30 minute wait for me to get my car looked at because everyone was on lunch. Well I was actually completed and out of there by 1235. Totally impressed and you made a customer for life. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and the look and cleanliness of the inside of the store made it so welcoming and made me totally comfortable waiting for my vehicle.
