was there on monday 10/13. my van would not start..battery clamp etc. was not holding -- had to be towed there by aaa...Elvis was of tremendous help and managed to get it to hold...and i really appreciate it and i hope Mike reads this to know what a great job his people do...i am a regular customer and in fact was there to pick up a $30 order of other items. i'll be back soon, and it is personal service like this which puts shopping at advance way above ordering from amazon.

Avoid this location if you can! Found out they sold my mom and old battery that failed not even a year later so she couldn't get a refund. They can't even install wipers properly. Just so disappointed.

Never underestimate your local auto part store even if it takes a few visits to get the right help to solve your problem. After the recent snow freezes my ‘05 Nissan Versa Note needed the front windshield wiper replaced. Went to this Advance Auto Parts store and accepted a break on both front and rear blades, installed for me no charge. Had strange rear wiper action but with on/off again snows I did not check it. Until I had my annual inspection a few weeks later. It passed but it was noted to me my rear wiper blade was missing. I had no receipt but went back to Advance for their assistance. No receipt. No problem. They took out the broken one as defective. They exceeded my expectations. Great Service Advance Auto Parts !

This stores knowledge is lacking. The short, i think Latino, guy that works here in the afternoon isn't very professional. His attitude is lacking, and his knowledge of how the store works is either bad or he's lazy. So I made an online purchase and went to go get it, and the store closes really early. I had to go to the location around the corner. I bought the same items. Then I found out the lights were wrong from what the app said my car needed. It's not a big deal. So I came to this store to pick up my order because, well, I got $5 off online, and I'm still gonna use the filter and the lights. Might as well replace all 4 instead of 2. I wanted to exchange the lights. He said that's not possible. I had to cancel the order and lose the discount. W.e it's only $5. I canceled the item and
