Mavis Discount Tire

I had a wonderful experience. I ordered an uncommon tire size for the next day, but due to a snowstorm it was delayed one day. Randy (the store manager) called me immediately when he find out the news & updated me immediately. The next day the tires were put on. My tire pressure gauge wasn’t working, so I stopped in two days later, the Store Manager Randy immediately had the vehicle pulled in the shop & the correction made. I observed him interacting with other customers & staff so professionally & respectfully. Honestly a great experience.

It started when I just needed air in my tires at the pump and the technicians were awesome enough to take care of it for me on a very cold day at no charge. I decided to try oil changes from here. The service here is consistently on point! Josh and Derek are awesome every time! Today I needed my inspection and some new wipers. They were 5 stars once again. I highly recommend this location. They will take good care if you. Edit update: 6 🌟! Once again because it was literally 2 degrees my tires needed air. Derek was awesome and filled them up for us instead of us using the pump. Im so grateful for their help today! Once again this is why I will alway choose this location.

Andrew was amazing! I had gotten new tires here a few months ago but had recently gotten a flat tire. Andrew walked me through warranty coverage and had me out of the shop very quickly with a fixed tire. Great vibes in store and I felt very comfortable especially as a younger woman who generally has no idea what’s going on with her car 😂

First of all, this is the only Mavis location around town that leaves their free air machine on all night, whether they are closed or not, so five stars right off the bat. But also, they were kind enough to help me out with a quick issue while I was in the middle of a GrubHub work shift at no charge to me. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
